Thank you all for supporting the CATACRO CALENDAR

I wanted to share with everyone on FDMB the outcome of the FIRST EVER CATACRO calendar. We sold 200 calendars :RAHCAT - much more than the 50 we had hoped we would sell! We are indeed sharing a good portion of our profits with Rebecca who has so kindly set up catacro.com for us - it has been the true beginnings of a real group of us to originally go to and still is the place for many to find on line when a search is done. We also helped one of our members - some of you might remember - Teresa and Olivia (GA) - who had a major house fire earlier this year - She was one who led the way for ALL of us acromoms and dads - for without her - many of us here would NOT know the beginnings of this disease. AND we are sending money to Tabby's Place who took care of Tony the acrokitty. WE all know how much it takes to care for our cats - and particularly acrocats with their hi insulin needs and multiple other health needs. Any shelter who would do that for an acrokitty we felt particularly deserves a donation.

We can't thank all of you enough who so kindly supported our calendar even tho YOU don't have an acrokitty. You are all an amazing bunch of people. We hope we can look forward to your support again next year when we fill our new calendar with even more updated information and fun things for people to know about our special kitties. cat_pet_icon
