    Hello all,
I am playing with my dehydrator and there is a kitty treat recipe for salmon but it says to add oat bran flour????? I think this is high in carbs. Does anyone know of a substitute for this so that I may try the recipe?
says to use salmon, water and oat bran flour

    Check out:

    http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

I think oat bran flour is just finely ground up oat bran. So, enter oat bran into the above database. It produces a number of results.

Don't know about other options. Is guar gum sold at health food stores?
