Im posting this in the hope of encouraging newly diagnosed parents of sugar kitties. Truffles has had an up and down time since his diagnosis. He started out with a BG of over 500. Thought he was going in to remission then he had a skin flare up and numbers started to rise and back on the juice. Now that has died down he appears to be on a good path again and I’m keeping everything crossed. He’s such a joy to have around and has been such an angel to poke and prod.

That's a great report! Seems like you have a lovely kitty. :)

He was an accidental kitten when I was first breeding Norwegian Forest Cats. Both calling Queens squeezed out of a tiny bathroom window (lesson learnt close all windows!) and were caught by the same Tom. Result was 13, 1/2 Norwegian Kittens and he was one of them!

I am so glad to hear Truffles is back on the path to remission. He's such a handsome lad, and it sounds like his disposition is just as "handsome". Yay!
