    ...dads also included of course...

So, I'm on amazon, and I thought I had researched this thoroughly and knew which meter to get, but no, it's not that easy. Which meter did you go for, what are you using, are you happy with it? I am desperate to start the home testing, it's long overdue, and I still haven't got the monitor. HELP!

    many thanks

Hope you like it. US here so I couldn't help. People do like the accuracy of the Alphatrak meters, they just tend to be pricey to get more strips.

Hi, and sorry for late response. The Alphatrak is a nice meter, but expensive to use.
Many UK folks currently use the SD Codefree human meter, as it is probably the cheapest meter to use, and widely available.
I like the One Touch Verio human meter as it uses a smaller blood sample than the Codefree.

Be aware though that the human and pet meters have different ranges. Do have a read of the second link in my signature for more info.
Good luck with the testing! Any questions, just ask.
