Need your thoughts...my vet did an endogenous glucose/insulin blood test on Bo. His insulin production level was 136.6. However, his glucose level was 346. These results were after fasting for 12 hours and no insulin for 12 hours. So he is producing enough insulin but his body is resisting it. Thoughts?

How much insulin is he getting now? Can you update his spreadsheet with the last week or two of numbers?

Do you have the name of the test the vet did with the result of 136.6? There is a condition called Insulin Auto Antibodies (IAA) which is an immune system condition that causes insulin resistance but the testing for that condition is only done at the Michigan State University and the test result comes back as a percentage. MY cat had IAA and at no time did anyone including specialist ever tell me there was any test to check her insulin production.
