First I wanted to say thank you to everyone for all of your support and wisdom. And also thank you for sharing your stories. After logging in to update Sam's spreadsheet, I love catching up on how everyone is doing in their own journeys. It really does help to know that there are so many people here who are learning about this with us!

    Now for today's question:
The night dose is looking good. He's hitting some high greens which is making me super happy. However, the day dose isn't quite getting there yet. Yesterday he was flat and yellow all day. Is that an affect of the nighttime greens - and we just need to stick with the dose and wait a bit? Or does the daytime dose need to be a bit higher than the nighttime dose?

    Thanks!

It's quite possible that the night lows are causing daytime higher numbers. Why not leave it at 2 for another cycle or two? I don't think I'd want to raise the PM dose because it gave you some nice greens. Maybe after another 2 u cycle or two you could try a fat 2 u in the AM.
