What are the f's and s's next to some of the doses...

    Those are fat and skinny dose, just a little more or less insulin. Especially long term FD cats can need finer adjustments to dose than a full .25u. When you get to know how your cat responds to insulin, you may find it helps to just shave a drop.

    That is for fat and skinny. We figure there are 12 drops per unit, or 3 drops per 0.25u. So a s1.0u is a 1.0u with 1 drop squeezed out.
