What was the format for the Password requested?

    I did not save the password elsewhere and it is automatically logging me in. I cannot reset it or ask to be reminded of it either? Anyone? I have tried the passwords I thought of as the old one and it rejected them all.

    I got it to send you a reset link. Please check the email account associated with FDMB and it should let you reset it. You’ll have to log out of here and then log back in with the new password.

    in the future, any password issues should be posted to tech support...that’s the best place to get help with that :)
