where do I get a spreadsheet?

Sorry, I have read page after page of FAQs and newbie stuff and I still cannot find the spreadsheet or how to fill it in. Could someone just point me in the right direction please?

Option 1 may or may not work depending on if Google Templates allows you to get a copy of the SS. If it doesn't, Option 2 works.

That link should work just fine. I've been using it to help other new members get their SSs up and haven't had any problems. If you can't get it to work, please PM me and I'll help you.
