I apologize! I just keep responding and when I asked about the pre shot I had forgotten about a new thread.
I did start a new thread when Yong had told me, it's a thread about testing and food, so I just need to remember to only post there. I'm sorry!!

 

For the future let's lower the dose when that low.
135-145 0.25
145-170 0.5
170-190 0.75
190-250 1

 

I predict within a month you'll be doing an off the juice trial.
