Hi. I stupidly left Frankie's Lantus out of the fridge overnight. I think it was because I was in such a flap as he wouldn't eat, but he is fine today, thank goodness. It was a bitterly cold night, but the heating was on for 4 hours last night and an hour this morning before I found it. It was in the kitchen where no heat is, but it obviously travels from the rest of the house. Will the Lantus still be good?

No worries Sue it will be fine for now. Humans don't refrigerate theirs and it just shortens the life - 1 month instead of the up to 6 months we get from ours. You might want to note it in your spreadsheet so if it does seem to be losing efficacy a month or more from now you'll remember why and check it then. I think it will be fine even then though it was just one night. I've done it before with no ill effects.

I'm glad Frankie is feeling better this morning.

It should be fine. I also agree with what Serryn suggested above.
