Willow 1998-2014

I had to let Willow go on Saturday. I'm numb and at a loss for words. Fly free my sweet baby boy.

It has been such a long and difficult journey for you and Willow. I know how much you cared for him and how much you sacrificed. My heart breaks with yours.

Fly free sweet Willow and land softly. There are many of our kitties and friends who are with you at the Bridge and will keep you safe until you are reunited with the one you love best.

For when you feel up to it. This is a fable that WCF shared a long time ago about why we choose tears.

I'm SO SO sorry it was sweet Willow's time to cross. Remember, he's not gone, you just have to hug him differently.

I'm so sorry it was Willow's time to leave. I haven't known you and Willow, but anytime we lose one of our LL kitties, we all feel the loss.

Thank you everyone. I haven't received a sign from Willow yet, but I am feeling a bit of peace with my decision, since I know he's now no longer in pain and there are so many of his friends and family at the rainbow bridge there to welcome him.
