Autumn is on pred, metro, cerenia and pepcid AC because of chronic vomiting and getting blood in stool when not on metro- specialist thinks its SIBO and pancreatitis. Yesterday I forgot the meds, and she ended up throwing up in the early A.M. [ she did get her insulin] She seemed to be fine, ate, did her thing, but just as precaution I checked her blood glucose 4 hrs after the insulin- it was low for her 12.5[ sorry we are Canadian, don't know the conversion]. I phoned the emergency, and did another test at 1:30- about 5 1/2 hrs after insulin, it had gone to 13 then 14,3 and then 19.5 just before she had the insulin. But she has been quiet and tired today, eating, but not as active or eating as much as usual. Should I be concerned?
    Thank you
