Gracie is doing OK.

I, however, am fumble-fingered and losing my memory.
This morning, I couldn't find the new box of syringes and couldn't give Gracie her shot. That said, she was only 324 this evening. I found them.

Then this evening, I dropped the d*mn bottle, which broke. I rescued maybe 2 doses, sucking them up in the syringe. I found a small bottle to discharge what I didn't need for tonight and gave Gracie her shot. I've called the vet and they have a shipment coming via UPS tomorrow, so I can pick it up after work (contingent on no snow delays.

And now those stupid blood vessels in my retinas are spasming and I'm going partial blind for up to an hour.

Ouch on the vial but good you can get another so soon.

In a pinch you could likely use NPH nearly the same way. Only $24 at WalMart.

Glad Gracie is doing ok.

That is the fall back plan if they don't get it in due to crappy weather. They're alreday posting school delays for tomorrow and it was Level 1 snow in Franklin County, o h when I left work.

Monday and Tuesday are predicted at below 0 temps ... before windchill. I may stock up on supplies and take those 2 days off so I don't have to go outside!

I've had it with this winter already. All the ice, snow, and arctic cold.

Just today I was thinking the only good thing about this weather is a big pile of cats snuggling.

Sorry your day was so crappy in general. Hope if it is a snow day, you can spend it covered in cozy cats. That sounds like a perfect antidote, BJ.
