Looks like we are getting another dose increase tomorrow. He is happy and playful but still suffering the intermittent diarrhea.

If he goes over 240 before then probably.

If not maybe a few more cycles at this dose.

Really? There has been hardly any green...

Clearly not enough green yet, but you also want to look at how high he is going and how fast the bounce clears.

You can be a little flexible about low yellows. As long as you can monitor there is no harm in increasing, but it likely restarts the NDW.

That's why I tend to hold such increases for 14 cycles. Of course you are correct it's all about the overall green as much as a single nadir.
