DCIN is low on Lantus and Levemir

DCIN has a pretty healthy stock of Levemir pens and a very healthy stock of Lantus pens right now.

We do have some 10ml vials that are not spoken for.

DCIN distributes this insulin to cats under its financial assistance program. Should you or someone you know use Levemir or Lantus on a diabetic cat, can use the vials, and are in need, please contact me by PM here, or email to venita @dcin.info. I ask that recipients pay postage, but that can be waived if circumstances dictate.

Edited to add: You need to have an effective prescription from your vet for the insulin.

Another edit: US only, please. I don't want to get tangled up with cross-border shipping.

Third edit. DCIN has placed its excess stock of Lantus and Levemir, and is in fact currently low on Lantus. Should you have excess Lantus you would like to donate to DCIN (or to a cat through DCIN), please contact Jennifer (Tuckers Mom) while I am on hiatus/vacation. (Venita)

Re: DCIN has Lantus available

Hi,

We are inquiring about Gentle receiving some lantus.

Our dose is so low, that it's really not feasible to buy a 10ml vial for $120, our other option is to buy a 5 insulin set for $217.

We are looking to buy one insulin pen at a time (lantus).
Is that possible? We are bringing Gentle to the vet tomorrow (july 22, 2011) to update our prescription.

thank you in advance,

Patrick
