Re: 8/14 Snoball AMPS=347 PMPS=148
YAY!!! Snoball!! :RAHCAT
My only suggestion, I know you'll hate it, you need to keep the same shot times EVERY day. 30 mins may not seem like much, but everything I've read and been told, consistent shot times are terribly important. Maybe someone with more knowledge can explain why.
Getting a test before bed is perfect, whatever time you turn in. Every test is data that's needed. If for some reason you happen to get up once in a while, grab him and test him! I'm lucky in that aspect, because Lucian wakes me 2-3 times a night to eat, so if he wakes me, he gets poked! Last night, I gave him a break, I didn't test at all. That's about the 2nd time in months! But I test so much, I felt he was safe and could use a break. When we first started this dance, I never thought I'd be able to do what I do and was constantly getting b*tched at for not testing enough. I used to take meds for sleep, I quit so I would be able to deal with him. It was tough for a few weeks, but it's amazing what the body can adjust to. Keep in mind, I don't work, so I CAN sleep whenever, you can't, so do the best you can. If you can get 2 preshot tests and 1 or 2 before bed/at night, you'll do fine with extras on weekends and curves every couple weeks. Understand, the treatment you are giving him is a million times better than no treatment at all. At least he has a chance to live the rest of his life happy and healthy. He might not have that if not for you.
