Using the mirtazapine and ondansetron seem to have overcome his GI issue, at least temporarily. I also began adding a full can of the Pro Plan to the Sophisticat in order to get palatability up - another post noted they are reformulating the Sophisticat, which means needing to find out just how badly they've mucked up the formula, and getting new as fed values. *sigh*
I'm cautiously increasing Spitzer back to the 2 units he was on before he got sick again, with spot checks mid-cycle. I already know that 2 units should be about right, but I can't give it unless I trust he'll eat enough to match it - part of the reason for increasing the Pro Plan and thus the carbohydrate level.
403 AMPS <- because I'd backed off the insulin due to inappetance issues & slightly upped carbs
357 +4.5
436 PMPS <- insulin up to 1.75 units
