Now there's a nice number!
About 1.75 units last night.
Waited about an hour before giving insulin, just to make sure he had food on board and it was staying down.
Gave about 1.75 units just before 9 am.
 
Now, if he'll just keep eating and not vomiting ...

Think I'll call the vet to see about refills on the 2 meds.
 
I do agree that Spitzer needs a higher insulin dose. Maybe this 1.75U will be it, but it is possible you will need to take it up again. The next couple days will tell.
