Please be aware that you should not be adopting the dosing protocol of "Tight Regulation" Lantus administration if you are not doing the frequent testing this method requires.
Start Low & Go Slow should be the mantra for everyone, regardless of the type of insulin used, who is not intensively monitoring their cat's glucose levels.
