Morning all, well as expected we have a bounce! Grrr. Hopefully he will clear it quickly!

Thanks everyone for your input and advice on travel tomorrow, I really appreciate it. I did forget to mention that we are taking his carrier to get him in and out of the hotel, just not going to keep him in with the door closed while we travel. He hates closed doors. He's - we think - almost claustrophobic as he hates closed doors, enclosed places, etc. I think we'll be ok. I sure hope so. Keep paws crossed for us.

Paws crossed for your travels - hope he settles in and isn't too freaked out about things. I really think that they pick up OUR mood about stuff like that, so if you guys are calm about the process he may be too.

You are probably seeing a combo bounce from the lovely 6+ hrs at 80 that he hasn't seen in a while and the missed shot letting those numbers climb unchecked. He may clear this quickly if he has broken through some insulin resistance (which it looks like he did on Tuesday), so keep an eye out for lowering PSs and try to get spot checks to see if he needs a reduction or not.
