I got to see my friend whom I haven't seen in about 4 years and we had a really wonderful vacation driving up the California Coast (of course my brother came along too, since his girlfriend currently lives in NorCal where she's going to school  ). We spent my birthday wine tasting in Sonoma! drinking24

I'm not sure what to do right now. My friend who stepped in to take care of Michelangelo while I was gone claims that he was really uncooperative the entire time. She got virtually no tests in over 10 cycles and only gave him two shots. :YMSIGH: I don't know whether to be disappointed in Michelangelo or to start doubting whether my friend was even trying (a couple of her posts on facebook make me suspicious). I haven't seen her yet (she left for San Diego the same day we got back), but I'm not sure what I should even be paying her at this point. I'm no good at confrontation and will probably just let it go. Michelangelo survived at least.

I'm still not sure what's going on with his numbers, but I finally bought a dosing caliper so I'll be more consistent with the dosing and get to the bottom of these weird fluctuations and loooong nadirs and skipped shots. I still don't want to get my hopes up, but there is definitely something going on....

Hi guys .. so glad you had a nice time with your friend and a nice birthday too! I'm sorry your friend had such trouble with Michelangelo .. But you are right, he did survive and doesn't look any worse for wear .. It would be a tough call .. have a great day guys, and happy belated birthday!

It is really hard for me to let my cat alone and rely on someone who is not much care about cat. I prefer put her on boarding with animal clinic, at least they are more professional, I hope.
By the way, where I can buy the dosing caliper?

Thanks
Frankie

I've been thinking about you :YMHUG:

I'm glad you had a good trip to California.
Happy Birthday to you

What a nice AMPS to come home to

I think you should have brought Mikey down to San Diego before you left and then my human would have had to deal with TWO diabetic cats. Ha ha ha. And Mikey would have been a good example for me, not fussing when he dealt with the ear sticks!

It is very easy for me to create work for my human. In fact, I enjoy offering his services.

Happy Belated Birthday party_cat Glad that you had a wonderful vacation!

And like you said, Michelangelo survived just fine and is welcoming you home with some good numbers! He looks too cute to be uncooperative!!
