Ripley is doing great today!
The important Ps are in place, and she has a good appy this morning.
Last night she got her first dose of the AB to treat her UTI (Zeniquin) ~ She will take it for 4 weeks, then a urinalysis to check for bacteria.
So far, no side-effects (anti-jinx)
She seems to be feeling ok ~ no symptoms of UTI ~ either that or she's hiding her discomfort very well.

Looks like Little Miss Rippers is off to a great start today ;-)
And I'm so glad she seems to be feeling good, and not in any pain. Hopefully in no time she will be rid of her UTI and back to herself again :smile:

Nice amps! I will hope for a good surf for you today Ripley. Enjoy the ;lagoon!

Bumper on the UTI. It is nice though that she is tolerating the AB's well. Mannie was always asymptomatic too. The only clue I ever had was a slight rise in BG's, some, and a general non-appy issue. Good catch on your part!

It sounds like Ripley is doing well. I hope the AB helps clear up the UTI and there are no side effects.

I'm glad to hear all is well so far with the new AB....continues prayers that it stays that way!!

Hi, Michelle Interesting that some kitties are asymptomatic... Ripley's higher numbers indicated something was going on (her numbers weren't even that high ~ just a gradual increase.). Ripley enjoyed the lagoon so much that she's still in it. Probably pruney by now. :lol:

Hi, John Thanks for checking in. Had a fun start to my weekend: hung out with my adorable and hilarious and smart nieces. Doesn't get much better than that. Ripley even decided to get social and came out for a few scritches from the girls.
