Gracie's Yesterday

Happy Friday!!! Sending healing vines out to all who need them today as well as eating vines.
Yes... it is Lupita Friday! I had to delay the condo because Gracie was on the catio with Mike and me and Lupita was in the house and no interaction. Finally, I brought Gracie in because it was too warm on the catio. Lupita didn't see me put Gracie down and start to play with her because she had her back to me but we were talking. I had Gracie's favorite little pink interactive toy out and she does these adorable little bear pirouettes. So I said "come on and get your little shubby body in the air". Lupita said "Are you calling me shubby? I quit!!" :lol: :lol: :lol: I had to tell her I was calling GRACIE shubby, not her :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Anyway, Gracie grabbed the toy from me and started to drag it into the kitchen. She was standing there with the toy part in her mouth and then stared at Lupita....for probably 30 seconds. Then she dropped the toy, never taking her eyes off Lupita, hissssssssssssssssss, picked it up and carried it into the living room. Aahhhh...normalcy in Gracieland. ;-) ;-) ;-) Now that the clock guy is not here, Lupita is back to being the :evil: :evil: :evil:
After almost three cycles of gorgeous green, including a 30 :shock: , Gracie's liver gave in to the bounce last night but she's working on clearing it today. We all got a badly needed night's sleep although Gus woke me up walking across me at 4:30 and then at 5:30, I swear Gracie was using me for a trampoline. Then I feel her sweet little soft face and warm purr right in my face. Yes it was early but how can you deny such sweetness and love?
Thank you all for your wishes for my DM yesterday. I'm waiting for the report from the nurse advocate after she takes Mom to the neurologist today.
I have to make a few quick runs out today for litter while Mike is here and our neighbor's semi feral (but indoor) cat was dx with IBD and so I have to help her give Jazmyn a B12 shot today. Hope you have a great day!
