Good Morning, Everyone,

It's a beautiful Sunday morning here (50 degrees early this morning). Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans with his head on his little green pillow. He ate all his nighttime food at some point (Edward heard him at his dish at about dawn). This morning we had a good test, shot, breakfast (first sitting), lung treat, schmooze, and he is napping in his little bed. I fell asleep after the schmooze (we were up late last night watching the first 2 episodes of "Person of Interest" on Netflix).

The beans are about to go for a walk. When we get back Rusty will go outside. Late this afternoon we will be going to the Adirondack Mt. Club NorthWoods Chapter's annual picnic at Adirondack Loj, in the High Peaks. For once it's not raining (it usually rains on this picnic!). The picnic starts at 4 P.M. and we have to be home in time for PMPS (6:30), so it will be an eat and run, but fun. There's going to be an orienteering treasure hunt by map and compass. I'm looking forward to that.

Wishing everyone a good day,

Ella & Rusty

So Rusty is staying blue today. Off to the picnic. Be back in time for PMPS and then we'll see what's what!

Hi again,
The picnic was good, but we had to eat and run to get home in time for PMPS. Rusty had a good evening. He has taken to eating his dinner while sitting with us on the couch later in the evening, watching TV. What a cat!

Tomorrow we're going on one of our favorite paddles: the Route of the 7 Carries. 7 Beautiful ponds with portages between them, but most of the carries are short: the longest one is 1/2 mile.

Looking forward to it.

Wishing all a good evening,

Ella & Rusty
