8/27 Papaya AMPS=138 +4=97 PMPS=485 +6=196

Yesterday: home and back to great numbers after a very bouncy holiday!

I find I am still sort of gritting my teeth and peeking at the meter, expecting to see "HI" but it seems Papaya left those numbers at my parents' house. She's still a little suspicious when I am getting ready in the morning that we might be traveling again, and I keep finding no sign of her in the living room except for a couple toes sticking out from under the couch! However it's easy to slide her out again since it's on hardwood - not like at my parents' place on holidays, where if she goes under the couch and hooks her claws in the rug it's pretty much game over :roll: It's looking like another good day for Papaya :mrgreen: . . . I hope everyone else has a good one too.

Special thoughts today going to Carolyn & Jesse who has just been diagnosed with cancer.

Thanks Lara and Melissa! I'm relieved because I couldn't figure out what the problem was while we were away and I thought I was going to lose all the progress Papaya has made in the last few months.

Now if only Papaya and I could travel by clicking my heels instead of loading up the car ;-)

Hi Barb! Yeah, my parents find watching me trying to unhook her from under the couch the funniest thing ever too :roll: I admit I will just push her plate of wet food under there, but if she's low and I have to test she just has to be extricated!!
