Furball was happy & purry this morning. Last night would have been a good night to see how low she went, but I'm feeling like I'm going to get sick and had to get some sleep. I didn't sleep well the night before. Hopefully she'll show me what she's doing on this dose today.

ETA: I posted before I shot and I may have given a fur shot. ohmygod_smile I'm still tired and don't feel very good. I hope most of it got in.

Carla, I hope you get some rest. FD is extra-hard when you're sleep-deprived.
Furball, surf along for a few hours and let your mom get some rest.

It looks like Furball is going to go up today. It could have been a fur shot or it could be a bounce or both.

I was glad she was going up at +1. I had to take my cat, Baby, to the vet this morning. Her eye was running and really red. My vet is only open for walk-ins on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. The last time I had to go on a Saturday, it took 1 1/2 hours. I was lucky this morning and got there at 7:50 a.m. and there were only 2 people in front of me and it only took 30 minutes. I was ready to get all of Furball's testing supplies and some food and take her with me if she wasn't going up. I'm glad I didn't have to do that. Baby's eye will be fine. The vet gave me some ointment and told me to keep giving her the 1/4 tab of Zyrtec I'd been giving her the last couple of days.

And I hope it wasn't a fur shot. I would have done the same..bringing Furball with me if needed. That was smart to get there at 7:50am.

WOW on this morning! What a great start for Furball. I will hope she continues to surf this today. Maybe on the bounce, maybe just a food spike? I wish they could tell us.... I will hope if a fur shot that some got in....

Healing and be better vines for baby. I'm glad it was nothing serious. Nice too that you were able to get in and out quickly.

It looks like Furball is thinking about you and not going to go to low today so you can get some rest cat_pet_icon

Hope you are feel better soon Carla. Maybe the 110 is just breakfast spike. I am glad your kitty is OK.

It can be tricky figuring out the in's and out's of these BG readings.

I'd say it was definitely a fur shot. Thanks for the wishes for nice surfing for Furball and for me and Baby. I'm feeling a little better. Hopefully Furball will get back on track quickly from the fur shot.

Would be interested to see her numbers are at her Nadir.

We had a good shot this evening, so hopefully Furball will get back on track quickly. Her +9 was 380, so I'm thinking today was part fur shot, part bounce.

Baby's eye looks much better this evening. Thanks everyone for the good thoughts for her.
 
Looks like healing prayers are needed all around. Hopefully tonight goes better and you get some needed rest, Furball surfs and Baby's eyes heal quickly.
