This early morning shift on Sundays just seems to come way too early. It's not even light out yet. I think it's going to be a long day at work for J.D. and I. I hope he behaves himself potty wise and eats fine at work.

Again, I didn't record any feeding in my spreadsheet. He ate pretty good last night, including sharing a boiled chicken thigh with me. Ginger threw up all her dinner after she ate one bite of the chicken. J.D. did fine with it.
I woke up to two pees outside the new litter box and almost all of a solid poo inside.

J.D. ate his first breffis out on the deck. He just climbed up his cat tree to get a treat.

I need to get him and I ready for work.

Sorry you guys have to work this morning. Sunday morning should be for sleeping! Yay on the almost solid poo, but boo on the pees outside the LB. Hope Ginger is feeling ok after her chicken barf. :sad: Ok J.D., time to slide down into at least the blues! Ok?!

Hoping for a better day of #s for you both. Sorry to hear about the peeing outside the box. I'm glad someone had pooped inside, though. Hopefully it was J.D. Glad to hear that his appy is good, though, and he got some chicken. Could it have been that Ginger may have eaten too much of it to throw it back up like that? Just a thought. Have a great day!

J.D. is doing pretty good at work. He doesn't usually eat a lot here, and is being normal regarding that. Just resting under my desk.

HI Dyana,
I just wanted to stop by, say hi and send along feel perfect vines for J.D. I can just see him lounging under your desk. He must look like the picture where he's sort of under the fern, looking regal with his paws crossed. I hope your day at tbp flies by and a day off with a "sleep in" is in your near future.

My friend who is a diabetic tells me that numbers are only a part of the picture when I get upset about Lovey's numbers. She then asks me about Lovey's appetite, behavior, etc.

Anyway, that's great that J.D. is eating more and feeling more comfortable at work. That sounds like a good sign. We pray for bluer and good greens for J.D.

Are you really testing J.D at work? Wow you are pretty skilled.

I'm glad J.D.enjoyed the chicken. Poor Ginger. I hope she's feeling better now. Sorry about the pee outside the lb.

J.D. didn't eat much at work today, which is pretty normal for him. At +11 or so, he got up and did a dry heave, probably because he didn't eat in a long time, but also maybe because I forgot to give him the probiotics a few hours after the antibiotics.
We were are work for almost 12 hours and his PMPS was 311 or 288 or something around there. I tested twice because both times didn't have enough blood in the test strip. When we got home at +1.25 he ate a little but not a full meal.
I did not give him any cyproheptadine or ondansetron today, to see how he did and to give him a break. He seems to have built up a resistance? to the cypro, so I wanted to give him a day off. I gave a bit of MC FF Medleys at about +2 to get some food in him. I am hoping to give him some probiotics soon, but he didn't get the ABs until +1.5.

He did go into the litter box when we got home and his tail was sticking out the "door" but his whole body was inside and he did get most of the pee inside the box. He got lots of praise and some yummy treats. Right now, his whole body is in the box and I think he is completely inside the box again with his head practically against the far corner and he pooed inside the box! He just got home big loud praise and more treats. What a Good Boy! Hey, I have to do something. He is open to learning new things.
