Yep, it seems that Trix likes her 2.50U. I like that it falls on a line! This morning, I tried FortiFlora as her fuds seasoning. I don't know why I didn't think of that one sooner...she LOVED it! Of course I probably just jinxed it, but yay...it was finally as if I managed to completely mask the blechiness of the Wellness she's stuck eating. We had a CPC like her old Fancy Feast days...with gusto and enthusiasm that makes me happy. I don't like when they don't enjoy their fuds...
Everyone else seems to be back on track. I'm such an expert worrier, though, that I won't feel totally calm and relaxed until we have a number of normal days behind us. But, Noah is still eating well and still not barfing, plus his energy is much more Noah-like, and his fur - which was looking kinda dry when we took him to the ER - is all soft and shiny again. Petey's slightly-off appy yesterday was just a Petey thing...he ate like a champ both last night and this morning. He was just so absurdly stinkin' cute last night. To say he loves the toilet paper tube rings is an understatement. He plays with them for hours on end. Last night, after DH and I turned in, Petey wasn't ready to call it a night. I heard him crying, to the point I was afraid something was wrong. I opened our bedroom door to check on him, and he came running up the stairs as fast as his furry little legs could carry him, dropped a ring at me feet, and "yelled" at me that it was playtime, not sleep time! OMG, just so cute and irresistible. I tossed it for him a couple times, but sadly, I was just too exhausted. It was one of those nights that I wish sleep weren't necessary, just because I wanted to be with the kitties.
And, I've got to go back to work today, too. I'm gonna miss the kitties....
Have a great day, LL!
