10/17 Clyde AMPS 164, PMPS 157

So far he's looking good. He started off this morning with a respectable 164 at AMPS. Max and Clyde were not happy I delayed their breakfast for a half hour to accommodate shooting Clyde late yesterday evening. I've noticed that when I deviate from their regular mealtimes Clyde doesn't want to hold still to have his BG checked.

He still wants the treat but keeps moving his head around which makes it challenging to prick his ear and not my finger. I changed to the ultra-fine lancets yesterday evening. (I ran out and it was all Walmart had in stock.) I'm still getting good samples. I'm hoping that the smaller needle will hurt less.

I don't think I've visited you guys before...very nice start for Clyde! My crowd is never thrilled when a stall is involved with their mealtimes...those can some of the most stressful half-hour waits ever!

Nice to meet both of you. The stall around mealtime is definitely one of the most stressful waits. It's like hey dad. It's time for food! Please feed me! :smile:

Clyde had a good day. He was at 157 for his PMPS.

We're also late in welcoming you to LL. Clyde is doing very well. Those kitties sure do like their routines!! 1/2 hour late is simply not acceptable :lol:
