Yesterday

Trix is doing her green surfer girl thing this morning...way to go, Trix :mrgreen: !

Noah ate a little bit this morning, but seems a bit blah. I think it's a reaction to the cerenia injection. He was the same way after the last injection (the one given in the ER 2.5 weeks ago), too...both times, he was at his normal energy level before the shot; then the next morning, he just seemed sleepier than usual. It took him a couple days to bounce back last time; we'll see what happens this time. He was much sicker last time, too. I didn't give him any cypro yet...I wanted to see how he did on his on. He did "OK"....but, he's often a low eater in the morning. I may give him cypro before dinner...we'll see how things go throughout the day.

Zen was also a bit off with his appy this morning, too :-| ....I don't know what that means. Another big sigh. In some ways, it would help point to a tummy bug that has had Noah off the past couple days, but on the other hand, I don't need another cat to worry about!

At least I can just hang out with them today. I'm really trying hard to NOT over analyze every little oddity in their behavior...since Noah, Petey, and Zen all have food sensitivities, it's not highly unusual for their appies to fluxuate. I need to track down the "Dear Mom" letter here :lol: !

Sending extra prayers out to sweet little Ripley and her beans today. Feel better, little one!

Trixie is doing her part so that you can concentrate on Noah and Zen. Hopefully they are just having weather-related doldrums.

A nice surf into PMPS for Miss Trix.

Noah seems to be feeling a bit better. He started to perk up a bit during the afternoon, and even asked for a couple little snacks. I haven't given any cypro yet...waiting to see what he'll do on his own. For dinner, as I was prepping fuds, he curled up on the couch and got real cozy. I thought he was down for the count and not going to eat, so I started to prep a forti flora dusted pill pocket of cypro. As soon as I walked out with it, he popped up and asked for his dinner! He didn't eat a whole lot, but he probably hate a normal "Noah First Round". I keep trying to remind myself that this is who he is...he's never been a "woohoo for food!!!" kind of cat. He nibbles. He picks. He as fussy days and piggie days. SOmetimes he needs to eat kibbles one at a time; other days he'll dive in. This is Noah...keep saying it!!!

Zen was also completely back to normal tonight. I have no idea why he was a bit off this morning...but I'm glad it seems to be over.

Of course, though, the "worry clock" has been reset....I won't fully relax until we have several solid days of normal behavior...
