Both the +7.5 and the +11 surprised me, but J.D. likes to do that.

J.D. didn't eat as much dinner last night, I don't think. He ate when we got home, and then went to bed. I put a plate on the bed about an hour later and it was clean when I went to bed. I put out another plate when I went to bed and it was gone in the morning, so I'm not really sure if J.D. ate the food or Ginger did. Anyway, he ate a lot yesterday at work.

This morning, when I got up at +11, he wanted to go outside, and I eventually let the kitties out. I checked the weather and it was 31 with a Feels Like of 28. They came back in pretty quickly.

I served Great Choice Sardines Shrimp & Crab for the kitties 1st Breffis, just to be special, since it is J.D.'s Birthday today.

J.D. ate some and went to bed. I did weigh him this morning before feeding and he is 11lbs 9.5oz, so up from his last vet visit which was at 2 in the afternoon and he was 11lbs 9oz.

I'm going to try to find some other food that he especially likes, before I go to work.

I had like two large pieces of Grandma Lucy's Freeze Dried Chicken left in the refrigerator. J.D. LOVES it, so I put out a bowl of FF Chunky Chicken with some crumbled freeze dried chicken on top and they hungrily ate all the topping and ate some of the food, too.

I'm going to take them for a walk in a few minutes, and hope it's a little warmer now, as I would like to put these catnip plants back out on the deck.

Wish us luck on J.D.'s blood work and urinalysis and Ginger's blood work, as I should be getting a phone call from the vet today.

Sending healing vines to all that need them. Easy vet vines to Jupiter for his chemo, today.

The vet called and said Ginger is Perfect and J.D. is Better Than Ever :-D

I'll pick up the results on the way home from work and add them to my spreadsheet.
I asked her about specific values in J.D.'s blood work and urinalysis and this is what she told me:
WBC and RBC - fine
BG - 105
Phophorus - 5.1
Creatinine - 2.0
BUN - 53
USG 1.020
just a trace of protein in his urine.

I'll add the latest blood work to J.D.'s spreadsheet later this week.

J.D. had a good day? sleeping amongst the down pillows my bed all day, I guess. Lucky kitty :-D . He ate Dinner when I got home from work, and then we went for a nice long walk, and then had another dinner. He got a good brushing followed by some lovings, and just had another dinner.

He's coming down a little. I thought the +2 would be a waste of a test strip.

Off to bed for us.
J.D.'s looking for more food.
