Also sending heart-healing vines to ((Carl)), ((Dian)), and ((Lydia)) as they mourn the loss of their sweeties.

Ripley is going great today.
Most Ps are in place and a few more bites until CPC.
She is resting on her rocking chair (which is near the wall-heater). Civvie Smokey is standing in front of the heater ~ both kitties are staring at it, taking in the heat that the Heater Gods are providing. (It's really not that chilly here ~ but who doesn't appreciate warmth on a lovely sunday morning ;-) )

This morning I gave her a dose of Clavamox in pill form . No more sweetened bubblegum AB for her. She has 7 days of pills, then we'll wait a couple of weeks (after thanksgiving) for a vetty visit to make sure the mystery-infection is gone.

I'm off to visit my parents ~ my mom and I have some trip-planning to do (we're going to Disneyland in a week! DH will be Bean In Charge. Thank goodness Ripples is feeling 100% ~ otherwise the Magic Kingdom would have to wait. I think I'll bring back some Mouse Ears for Ripley... ;-) :lol: )

It sounds like a good morning for Ripley. I will definitely ask if there is a pill the next time I need an AB for one of my kitties. It's nice to know they make them in pill form. Have a good visit with your parents. I think Ripley would look cute in mouse ears. :lol:

Ripley had a great day: basked in the backyard, dipped into the lagoon, and received her fluids without squirming. :mrgreen: :thumbup

I think I may bring her up to 1.5u tomorrow (just add a teensy drop). Not a threat, really; more like a brainstorm... just thinking aloud :lol: :lol: :lol:
