New dose day

Not too bad yesterday. He's looking pretty good this morning. As Brian said... he has a spring in his step! Less issues with testing this morning.

i get so excited when i see a blue preshot! way to go frank! if you can get a +2 that would let us see what direction he's pointing towards tonight.

So far, looking good. He is in the yellow, but this is the lowest he has been in this time slot yet.

I'm still feeding him more in the evenings than in the mornings, although the food is spaced out more. I've been curious about that being the culprit of his higher numbers at night.

many cats are lower at night, so it could be a feeding schedule - or it could be how Frank works. hard to know. are you mostly feeding in the first half of the cycle?

if you get another test tonight that is higher than the 244, i'd save the strips and not test more before you go to bed.

In the mornings he gets 1/2 can at PS then 1/2 at +2, if I have school (twice a week), +3 on the days I don't.
In the evenings he gets 1 can at PS then 1 can at +3.

I am trying to spread it out since he always acts like he is starving. 12 hours is a long time between meals. I'd move it to +4 on both cycles if I could do it that way all week.

you can try feeding him at +4 on the days that you're able to. a lot of this is seeing how he's affected by you doing this or that.

i fed punkin at preshot and +3, so he waited 9 hrs until his next preshot meal. that's not too bad. we joked at our house that we had a Feed Me Contract, and as long as we lived up to our end of the Feed Me Contract he was used to it. but he didn't allow it to be changed. that made him very cranky. in fact, i posted a video of him complaining about it on Ophie's condo today because Joely was talking about this too.
