Cleo had 4 P's in place this morning. She had an excellent appy, and was lovey and purry :o I enjoy that while I can, as it is not too often! :-D She was out on catio for a bit, ate a little grass, and is now btb.
I am relaxing with the paper and a lot of ~O) ~O). Housework is on the agenda today, with maybe some online shopping.

Sounds like someone over there is feeling pretty awesome about her big lagoon day yesterday ;-) :-D You think you'll head on back over there today Cleo? Twice says he grabbed extra water wings for you!

Cleo, you are heading the wrong way! Maybe she is telling me to go get a little more Christmas shopping done? :lol: :lol:

I also wanted to thank whoever posted that they liked the BD ultra fine 33 g lancets. I have been using them for about five days, and I love them. Cleo loves them. She doesn't even flinch when I poke her. I must say that they are not for kitties who's ears do not bleed easy. They are very fine.

That's what we started out with and what we use unless the store is out. We have 30g lancets right now and they do okay too. After using those, the "alternate site" lancets look like nails.

I hope Cleo turns things around soon and comes back down. I started out with the ultra thin lancets, but couldn't get enough blood from Furball's ear. I had to go to just thin lancets.

Hi Jane! The very first lancets I bought, when I didn't really know the difference, were the 33g - just because that's what the pharmacist gave me when I was getting a meter and everything. Then last time I needed to get them I was in a small town and all they had was 30g and I couldn't believe how much bigger they were, even though they are still relatively fine compared to what else is available. I guess I learned on the hardest ones! It's good they make things more comfortable for Cleo. I do find that I never have to poke twice with the 30g, where I did sometimes with the 33g.

I still can't use the smaller gauges! I just can't get blood out, I'm using the 29g I think. Anyways to chime in, yes Cleo, come back down from there for your bean :-D Although if there is Christmas presents shopping...there may be one or two of treats in there for you ;-) I'm attempting housework today too. Hope you both have a great day!

Sounds like a very lovely Sunday morning and this nice, flat blue cycle adds to it!!!
