Good Morning, Everyone,
Looks like Rusty is working that 1-drop dosecrease! We'll see what happens today. Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans with his head on his little green pillow. He ate all his nighttime food. This morning we had a good test, shot, breakfast, lung treat, schmooze, and now a nap in his little bed by the radiator.
After yesterday's -10 degrees in the early morning, today we are having a heat wave: 24 degrees and snowing hard (about 4 inches of new snow). Temps are supposed to drop all day and be below 0 by tomorrow morning. It's not clear how much snow we will get, but there will be enough to snowshoe and x-c ski on after today.
Our mountain club's monthly potluck supper is this afternoon/evening. I'm down for a main dish and will make my mother's recipe for "Nameless Noodles" (baked thin noodles mixed with chopped onion, garlic, cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, worcestershire sauce, and paprika). A nice high-cholesterol treat, but easy to make and travels well.
Keeping Jupiter and Jamie in our thoughts today and hoping that Jupe will feel better. Continuing to send healing vines to all in need. Thinking of Josie and Katie and all of our friends on FDMB whose kitties have journeyed to the Bridge.
