Lovey Dosing/Reduction Question?

Looking for some input.

Yesterday, I got a 78 and then a 66 on the alpha trak. I was giving a pretty fat 2. I reduced to 1.75. I have been getting higher numbers. I will try a more fat 1.75 next shot. I wasn't sure what a fat 1.75 looked like so I wanted to err on the side of caution.

I am not sure if Lovey is bouncing the last two cycles? She now usually clears a bounce in 1 cycle, but maybe the 66 caused a greater bounce.

She is bouncing and that 66 on an AT is pretty low. I'm not surprised she is bouncing like this. Bounces can take up to six cycles to clear. However, when she clears the bounce (whether it's 3 or 6 cycles), comes down to blue, and then heads back up, you could take her to a sk2u. The protocol states if a reduction fails, take the dose back up immediately to the last good dose...recognizing that the last good dose is not the one that got her in the 60s on the AT.

So...give her a chance to clear, see where she is, and then decide whether you need to take the dose to a sk2u.
