Good morning LL!

Happy furry purry guy this morning with all 5 p's present. Looks like we are in another bounce after some pretty greens last night. Tarragon doesn't care. All he wants is picked up. Lots of meows and snuggles for the little guy.

Turnup is doing better, but still not back to herself. Each time she has an episode, it sets her further back. Looks like we are just in a new "normal" as far as her abilities goes. She snuggled with her daddy bean all night and was ready to get up and eat this morning.

Have a great great day! I am really going to try and sneak in some condos. If I miss yours, please know that you are all in my thoughts. TBP is just crazy with year end.

OT: Update on the girls.

Kaitlyn got discharged from the hospital yesterday. She is in a wheelchair since she has two broken ankles, feet, and knee caps, but everything else looks good. She is kind of a buggar to her mother and that hasn't changed.

Chelsea is still in a coma. She is off of her sedative and pain medicine completely and is breathing on her own. She had significant shearing of the frontal lobe and brain stem. However, she has made some purposeful movements over the last few days. Yay! Her pelvis has decided to heal itself, as did her liver. Miracles happen every day and Chelsea and Angela have a lot of prayer warriors out there working overtime. Her vitals are all really good so now we just wait and see if and when she wakes up. Angela met with the social worker yesterday to talk about the next step. The only options in Tulsa are the standard nursing homes since she is still asleep. Angela is working it out so that Chelsea can be at home instead. Angela is such a strong, sweet woman and I know she is struggling. Please send her and Chelsea any positive thoughts and prayers you might have handy.

Isn't it amazing how our kitties could care a less what's happening and all we do is stress.. I'm happy to hear that he's doing well this morning. Very pretty greens last night. Hoping that the bounce clears as quickly as it came.
I'm so sorry to read about the accident! Prayers prayers and more prayers being sent to your friend and her family :YMHUG:

Nice T report - I love how he could care less about the bouncies! I'm glad Turnup is feeling better, too. Snuggling and wanting breffis are great signs that she is still a happy girl.

Great news about the girls, too. Miracles do happen all the time, so our prayers continue!

Have a great day, Melissa!

Morning Melissa ~O) ~O) ~O)

WooHOO on the greens last night. At least this morning Tarragon manged to miss the pink floor. Maybe back to the blues today Mr T? Greens? Lover it that Mr T is such a snuggler. That is nice isn't it? I am glad that Turnup is doing better, baby steps s they say. She will adjust to the new normal, as I am sure you guys will too. She's lucky to have you for her beans.

Very good news on the girls. I am glad that they are recovering. Such a long process, but good in the end. Positive thoughts to everyone. and some hugs too.

Have a great day Melissa. I hope all goes well at TBP. I so remember those year ends....

Snuggly, cuddly kitties are the best! Let's come on down to a lower floor, Mr T. Glad Turnup is doing well. Hope she continues to improve every day. Sending more vines and positive energy to Kaitlyn, Chelsea and families.

I'm glad that Turnup is feeling a bit better, I'm still sending vines :-D Tarragon sounds like such a sweetie, give him some scritches from me! Hope he slides down for you today out of this bounce  I'm glad that both girls are showing improvements, I hope that Chelsea will wake up soon, sending my thoughts their way too. Have a good Tuesday, Melissa!

Hi Melissa,
We are very glad that Turnup is doing better and adjusting very well. Mr. T. is a good care-giver!!

I hope that Chelsea will continue to heal and that when she comes out of the coma her prognosis will be good. A coma is the body's way of helping itself to recover. Very glad that Kaitlyn is out of the hospital. Continuing to keep both families in our thoughts and prayers.

Have a good day,

Hugs and scritches,

Ella & Rusty

Turn that around, T. I'm glad you are feeling snuggly. :-D :-D Vines for Turnup to be as comfortable as she can be. She has the best beans. And great news on Chelsea and Kaitlyn. :-D :-D Anne has treated many patients with head injuries and she says that kids have the best chance of recovery because their brains are so elastic. Sending many healing vines to both of your friends and the families. Good luck with midyear stuff. :-x

Nice WCR, but that is going to be the limit of the bounce right, T? I'm glad Turnup is doing better too, we all need to adjust as we age. I'm sorry I've been so AWOL lately, just so much going on, thanks so much for continuing to visit Tess.

Good news on Kaitlin and sending extra vines for Chelsea and her mother. The signs are good.

I'm glad Tarragon is doing well. I hope he clears the bounce soon. It's good to hear Turnup is doing better. Sending prayers for her and for Chelsea and Kaitlyn and their families.

Melissa;

Tarragon is a lover, no doubt. It's nice that the bounce doesn't bother him - perhaps he can teach you to be as matter-of-fact about it? I hope he settles down into some nice blues for you.

So sorry to hear about Turnup's stokes and continued struggles. I'm glad to see that this hasn't dampened her appetite or her desire for cuddles. Sounds like she's a daddy's girl. Sending healing vines for her. :YMHUG: cat_pet_icon

What a sad story about your friend and her girls. I'll be keeping them in my prayers. One really doesn't know what else to say in such a situation. I'm sure she's grateful to have a caring friend like you to confide in during such a terrible time. Hugs to her and to you. :YMHUG: :YMHUG: :YMHUG:
