Mary Grace is due for her next dosecrease tonight, making her at 6.75u. Her nadirs are getting lower so fingers crossed we will get there soon. All of my patience pants are tattered from too much wear!

And by the way your video on drawing insulin with syringes were great. And heard punkin' too! I learned for the first time about the lubricant inside of the syringes. Wow I have given my tens of thousands plus insulin shots before going on the pump and never knew that! Thanks for doing the videos

i get weekly allergy shots and the nurse see-saws the antigen back and forth between the syringe and the vial every single time. i asked the nurse about contaminating it and she said she'd never heard of it. however, i trust the info i've gotten here, and think the insulin is too expensive to screw it up. maybe the allergy antigen isn't as fragile as Lantus.
