Yesterday's Condo

I was so happy with yesterday's numbers, and then I got that big disappointment this morning. Pink! Yech!! :cry: At least he came down fairly quickly. No bm for 3 days. I haven't been giving him miralax or squash baby food because I wanted to see if he could do it without help. If no action by tomorrow morning, I guess we go back to the supplements. I haven't repeated the subqs because I just don't think he needs them - his urine output looks pretty normal to me. He is still loving his nanner. Today is the 30th day of the AB, but there is still at least one dose left in the bottle. confused_cat I don't know if I have just been shorting him a smidge or if they gave me extra to allow for error, but I figure I should give it until it's gone, so he'll get another dose tomorrow. I have been really careful about measuring it, but who knows? Nothing else going on with him. CPC as always.

Harvey is acting like Harvey - no sign that there was ever a problem with him. He bounces back well. Still several days of AB for him, but still eating the pockets with enthusiasm (thank you, thank you!).

Yep, it looks like Cinco is breaking that bounce quite nicely! Yay on almost being done with ABS (for both of them!). Yeah, might as well give that last dose! They probably did give you a bit extra, "just in case."

I keep forgetting to ask this: does anyone know about the carb content of the FF appetizer line? My kitties love them, but I'm hesitant to give them to Cinco in case they are high in carbs. I haven't been able to find the info. Thanks.

Cinco is coming down nicely. Yea, on finishing those ABS. I am glad Harvey is doing well too.

I stand corrected on the poo situation. I just scooped the boxes and found a deposit that was unmistakably Cinco's (half over the edge of the box ) in the downstair bathroom. That's where he gets his shots, so he must have gone after his injection this morning. This with no miralax! Yay! Maybe I can eliminate one additive from his food for now.

I hope getting off th AB improves everything for both Harvey and Cinco!

Thanks for your help and suggestions over the last couple of months. It is nice to know I am not alone.

Woo hoo on poo, and blue! I am rhyming tonight . I hope the PMPS is just as pretty as the +6. And it's so cute he loves his nanner too :razz: . It's so great you only have one more dose of ABs, for Cinco. That must be a relief to almost be done with!

It's good Harvey is such a trooper and likes his pill pockets. I hope everything is clearing up for him too

I wonder if you're up for a PJ party? Maybe Cinco would like to come to the lagoon. We just shot our first green PS since coming back from remission...paws crossed on a surf, not a dive! Have a good evening Tricia

Bring it on, Rachel! I'm pretty happy with Cinco's PMPS, even though it's yellow. I won't hold my breath about his joining Chyna in the lagoon, but perhaps he can cheer her on from the blue shore!

We'll see on the party. Our +2 was almost the same as PMPS so maybe we're in for a "normal" curve ;-) I'm happy to see Cinco in such a lovely evening outfit of low yellow! What time is it for you? I've always wondered since you were up around the same time of night as I am...as I post this, it's 9:10pm here...

Right now it's 8:11 pm, give or take a minute (depending on which clock I'm looking at - they're all a little off of each other :lol: ). So you're an hour ahead of us.

No, Rachel, you're not nosy. Just interested. I was actually wondering if we were the same time, too. You just asked before I got around to it.

I am a total night owl. I usually force myself to go to bed around 2 am, but I can stay up longer with ease. It's mornings that I hate, especially in winter when my cosy warm bed and purring cats keep me comfy. But I have to get up to check Cinco, so..... :roll:
