Yesterday's Condo

Transitioning from a flat yellow to a flat blue cat. I prefer the latter, but I would like to see just a little more action. Cinco, you show Mama some pretty greens tonight or we'll be talking dosecrease in the morning! There, I said it. I'd rather do it on a Sunday when I have all day and night to watch him than on a Monday when we have other commitments.

Sasha may be just a smidge better. She didn't want to eat this morning, neither her breakfast nor her pull pockets (even with the Forti Flora on them). So I wrestled her into the cat sack (after several unsuccessful attempt to pill her without it) and the pill popper got the job done in one shot. cat(2)_steam Then I took the humidifier into the guest bathroom and hooked it up. I turned on the shower, as hot as it would go (I closed the drain and will use the water for our plants and garden - we are in a drought, after all), then I grabbed the sacked cat and her plate of food and took her into the sauna! I let the cat out of the bag (sorry, couldn't resist) as soon as the door was closed, and she didn't panic. After about five minutes she decided maybe she was hungry after all. We spent a half hour in there with lots of scritches and cuddles (all is forgiven, apparently), and one wilted bean and one damp cat later, she's napping and I'm trying to cool off!

Lots of housework and a trip to Costco are on the agenda today, so I'd better get cracking!

Oh, the things we do for our kitties :lol: . Maybe the sauna helped your pores and skin, even though you are wilted feeling and hot now? Hope so ;-) At least there was a nice cuddle and scritching session involved.

Nice blues Cinco, but mama bean has issued a dosecrease threat...can you bring that down some more?

I hope you're all having a great Caturday! Good luck with the shopping and housework...I'm "doing housework" today too...did you notice how hard I am working on that, visiting condos? :lol:

Nice slide to blue for Cinco today. I hope the sauna helped Sasha. Saunas are supposed to be good for you. Maybe it will make you feel better too.

Yeah, Rachel, about like I'm doing! Every time I walk by the computer I stop and check to see if I have a reply or if something changed for someone else! Not very productive! :lol:

I did get one load of laundry in, and the rest sorted and down to the laundry room (how do two people produce so dang many dirty clothes????). Now it's off to scoop the 7 cat boxes! :-|

Cinco, join Champ down in the green lagoon (maybe that will entice him to stay there)!!

Hate doing laundry. I own a lot of underwear just so I can prolong having to do the laundry!!!

Wow...you painted quite a picture with Sasha! I hope she's feeling better tonight...at least to the point where here FortiFlora-ed PPs are yummy. It looks like Cinco worked on easing his way down a bit, too...I hope you finally saw some greens!

Patty, I hope Cinco visits the lagoon tonight. I'm not holding my breath, though. For the record, I hate laundry, too. I always wait until the hamper is overflowing and the piles are starting to block the hall way! My excuse is that I'm conserving water and energy by waiting till I have full loads! ;-)

Sasha pulled the same thing tonight. After I popped the pill down her throat and freed her from the cat sack, I put the plate of food in front of her, and she ate all but about two bites - including the now empty pill pockets! :roll: :lol: :roll: :lol: :roll:

Hey, have you ever read any of Trix's condos?? Talk about someone who can ramble on! I was sincerely saying you created a very genuine visual of your experience with Sasha yesterday...I practically felt like I was there with you!

Looks like Cinco made a nice more down towards the lagoon...
