Yesterday's Condo

This is a great start for Gabby! However, the packers (as in the people who will be packing my stuff vs. the team out of Green Bay) arrive in an hour or so. I hope the presence of strangers plus the disruption doesn't send Gabby's numbers through the roof. Of course, my realtor contacts me last night wanting to do showings both today and tomorrow. How nuts is that? My place shows beautifully when everything is in place and neat as a pin. It is going to be pure craziness to have showings with packers and movers doing their thing. Oh well.... whatever gets the place sold!

P.s. when we were selling an apartment a number of years ago we took Alice to the beach becausr the realtor was doing an open house. It was November. We thought Alice would be interested in the sand and the sea. WRONG! She took one look at that vast "wasteland" and ran back into her carrier.

Hope Gabby and Gizmo handle it all okay. It is just crazy with packers, real estate people and just the stress of the whole thing. You must be going through so many emotions Sienne :YMHUG:
So happy you have the vet situation figured out in advance. That is one less worry :smile:

All of my things are in boxes and there are boxes everywhere. Much to my surprise, Gizmo seemed the most stressed by the ordeal. He hid most of the day. I think there was just too much noise and commotion. Gabby sat with me and decided that my turkey sandwich was the best thing in the world. She almost never begs for table food. I had a cat in my face. And, her numbers were great all afternoon.

I'm glad the day went ok for you guys, and hope that Gizmo is feeling better tonight. Gabby looks great this evening again :mrgreen: . I hope the move goes well for you all!
