I don't know what to say or do now. I am not feeling good sticking with this dose now, but wonder where to go with it.
I'll get a couple more tests due to the R and see if I can do some work from home.

I tell ya, Shadoe and Oliver take turns to be concerning; Oliver is a big, happy pink lug today.

She's down into the UGH zone now so I am heading into work now.
She will be OK but let's hope we get down to something decent by pmps.

It looks like the acro tumor is active again. Remember that you can increase every 4 cycles if you need to.

I was doing a quick looksee through LL and I shook my head in seieng Shadoe's number
this morning.
I really hope this will clear up soon and at least she is coming back down somewhat.
I hope tonight wil be better.

I think Oliver told her to do something to distract me from giving him too much attention, and she knew exactly what to do!

I will see what she is tonite at maybe +11 or sooner, then I will have an idea what she's doing here. The R pulls her down a chunk but her Lev is just not pulling its weight in the cycle.

Depending on her numbers tonite, I will increase by .5u or 1u? Thoughts?

What exactly does this tumor do when it wakes up? Roar?

Shadoe's back down to the lousy pinks, but after this morning's surprise, I think it may be an idea to go with at least a .5u increase tonite.
It has been 4 cycles, and Shadoe is just not looking comfortable, as if these numbers feel 'wrong'. She's a little tense, and even Booboo has noticed and is cleaning her alot. I think it calms the two of them when they cuddle together and comfort each other.

Just me butting in here again... :lol:

Yes, it does look like she needs more of the Lev (I'd bump her up 0.5 tonight)... but she had a drop of over 200 points which could have triggered a bit of a bounce which could explain today's yuckiness. When I use R I want it to "take the edge off" the numbers, not beat them into submission. So, it may be that scaling back the R a tad would smooth things out.

Oh... and have you ever had sweet potato fries (or any fries really) dipped in ranch dressing???? :mrgreen:

OK I went with the .5u increase and was thinking to use R for over 400s, but I just don't know how she will react to whatever I give.
Over 500 is just a shock, so I gave a bit more this morn, but usually just .5 or even 1u seem to be OK for her.

Shadoe has never been a bouncer, so while it could be, it would be an oddity, no? Just look at how she finished this cycle; no change at all in the last hour. She makes me think the meter is broken.

oooooooh ranch dressing! It would have to be lo cal and lo fat; I'm gonna look for some now on next shopping day.


And Shadoe is looking more relaxed now.

It is neat to have both at the same dose - I can't give the wrong shot to the wrong cats! What I have been doing is just do all of Shadoe's stuff, right to the foods, then start from test, measure, shoot, feed for Oliver.
