Yesterday's Condo

I know I am not the only one who is very frustrated with the problems we've been having with the board, so I won't vent here, but I just want to say: AUGH!!! On top of the board problems, AOL was all messed up and I kept getting an error message popping up as I was typing my condo this morning. In trying to help me resolve it, my computer geek DH told me to close all the windows I had open, and I very stupidly did so, thereby losing my almost completed (and if I may say so, very entertaining) condo! :cry: I don't think I can recapture the magic that was lost, so I'll just soldier on here. :YMSIGH: :lol:

Cinco is continuing the flat blue pattern from yesterday, and I couldn't be happier (okay, maybe a little green mixed in would be better). He is otherwise doing well, vocal and eating well, etc. Earlier he announced to everyone in the house that he had left a large, smelly prezzie in the lb. I don't know if he just wanted me to be aware that he had done it, as I keep such close track of his lb habits, or if he was saying get that stinky thing outta here! Either way, the heads up was much appreciated. It was noted and will be removed shortly.

Today's new food was Weruva's Steak Frites. The boys both really liked it, Sasha was so-so and Minka was unwilling to do more than sniff it and walk away. Since Cinco and Harvey are the reasons we're even trying new fuds, I think I will put this on the "yes" list with an asterisk to indicate to feed it to the boys only. I usually prefer to feed everyone the same thing, but if Minka is going to continue to resist change like this, I'm going to have to alter that routine. She really is a little princess. Yes, she has me well trained. :roll: :lol:

I hope to be able to access some more condos later, but I've spent so long dealing with this so far today that I have to get away from the computer for a while!

I hope your internet problems and board problems cleared up. Nice blues today for Cinco. Rusty likes to announce his lb contributions, too. So that they can be suitably admired and praised!

Yes, another blue day. Cinco was barely yellow at PMPS, and I can't help but wonder if he took a dip in the lagoon this evening. We went out for dinner and cards with friends and just got home, to be greeted by four kitties that were convinced they were about to starve to death (they had their dinner only half an hour early this evening before we left). So of course, I fed them! An old standby - Max Cat with Savory Venison Chunks in Sauce. No one turns their nose up at that one! Cinco then took a stroll around the family room, telling me in great detail how glad he was that we made it home in time to save them. Then he demonstrated that he knew what the new scratching mat I got him was for, and hopped up on the sofa, where he rubbed his face energetically on his nanner and PURRED!!!!! I'm shouting because I can count on one hand the times I have heard him purr since he got here. It practically brings tears to my eyes. He's drifting off to sleep with his nanner as a pillow now. I feel like purring, too.

Chris, you are so right about that - but I hope you are not being prophetic, as I just ordered a case each of the three most popular foods we've tested. Paws crossed!

Knock on wood, the Board seems to be behaving itself now. I hope it's the same tomorrow. I didn't get to visit very many condos, but I'll make up for it tomorrow (okay, later today). Now I'm going to bed. Ni ni all! I-)

I'm glad you made it home safely, in time to save your starving cats :lol:
