Yesterday's Condo

Gabby had a lovely PM cycle with lots of greens. The only thing that's sunny this morning is her numbers! I have a full day of "orientation." I somehow can't imagine that there's this much information that I need to get oriented to. Oh well.... At least they provide breakfast and lunch.

I hope the kitties are happier now that mom is happier :)

I hope Gabby will slide to blue or surf some high green today :-D . Enjoy the fuds and orientation, maybe it's just an excuse to visit with each other ;-)

Before I left for work, I was joined in the bathroom not by just one kitty, but by both. Gabby decided that since I was using the facilities, she would too. Gizmo was not to be left out. I had both cats pooping while I was in the bathroom. Talk about togetherness!

One day of orientation done. Another day and a half to go.

was there anything new to be learned in the orientation? time well-spent?

frodo has taken a liking to my contact lens solution (go figure!) Even though it's just saline, i don't want him licking drips of it, so we have this constant circus of me trying to get the lens in and the sink rinsed before he gets into the sink. ;-) goofy cats. :lol:

Orientation today was largely HR -- medical benefits, retirement (this was seriously confusing), disability insurance, life insurance, and then some talks about values, safety, security, diversity, and probably a few other things I'm forgetting. The important thing is the medical benefits deadline and the other assorted deadlines where I have options regarding different plans. Tomorrow is more specific to the department and then the afternoon and the following morning is all about electronic medical record keeping.

You gotta love togetherness :lol: !!! Before you know it, all the orientation jazz will be behind you and it will be like you've always been there. Have a great night, Sienne!

that all definitely sounds worthwhile . . . although kinda tedious to sit through a couple of days of that.

i'd especially like to be hearing about retirement. :-D

Gabby and Gizmo do the cutest things. They are really social cats. Good luck with the rest of the orientation. Very nice cycle for Gabby. Lower greens without going too low.
