Good Morning, Everyone,

It looks like Rusty is continuing his bounce from the trip. I hope he'll get on track today. He had a good morning routine and even ate his "lung treat". It is a warm, humid morning and Rusty is probably feeling it in his fur coat.

Lots to do for the beans today. Tomorrow afternoon there will be a big potluck party in remembrance of our friend, Jean. Maybe as many as 35 people will be there (it got out of hand!). Hopefully it doesn't rain, because the friends at whose house it will be are hoping to have most of it outdoors. But the weather is iffy. In the morning I am leading a 25-mile bike ride. This was scheduled months ago. I hope I get everything done today: shopping, working on my bike, making a dish for the potluck, etc. etc.

I hope today isn't too hectic. The potluck for Jean sounds beautiful -I'm sure she will be smiling down on all you wonderful people gathering together to celebrate her life!!

WOW! Busy day for you. :shock: But it all sounds good. I hope you have a great bike ride, it sounds awesome. Lots of hills???? omg on that is so.

It is nice to read Rusty ate his lung treat. maybe he just wanted a few days away from them. Cats can be so finicky sometimes. And Rusty - time to be done with the bouncing,. The lagoon needs it's meister.

I agree - the potluck sounds wodnerful. It sounds like she had many friends, and in a way it is great to read that so many want to come. I will hold hope for great weather. That would be perfect. maybe Mannie can send some of his sunbeams.

OK Rusty , you are home and settled now time toget back to work at the Lagoon. Tess had to take a break and the Lagoon need a Miester!

Good luck w/ everything you need to do today. I hope the weather holds for the potluck tonight. jean must have touched the hearts of so many people. What a wonderful way to celebrate her lif, sharing memories and stories with her friends.

Come on down Rusty! Sounds like a busy day there. I hope you are able to relax a little and hope the weather holds for tomorrow!

Sorry I didn't get to any condos tonight. The day was hectic and we just had to chillax in front of the TV. Rusty had a nice, gentle slide all day.

Glad Rusty came down today. I hope he gets acclimated to Camp Stu soon.

Wow did you have lots to do. How wonderful that all your friends can get together to honor Jean. I hope your knee will be fine for the bike ride.

Nice slide, Rusty. Maybe tomorrow you can check on things at the lagoon. You know they can get out of hand if you aren't there to watch over everyone.

I'm glad your knee is feeling well enough for a 25 mile ride, Ella. You really must be in good shape with all the exercise you get.

The gathering for Jean sounds very nice. It's wonderful that so many want to attend. She must have been a very special person. I hope it is a happy, fun event, because that sounds like the kind of person she was.
