Yesterday's Condo

We increased the jus to 1.75 this AM. So far, not much difference, but patience pants are washed and back in place, so we'll see what happens now.... Cinco is doing well today. Nothing unusual to report. Good appy, lots of napping, a little wandering and talking. Same old, same old. Works for me! :-D

Harvey decided to do a scarf and barf this morning. From the top of my desk chair. :o :YMSIGH: Five minutes later he was begging for more food! I waited a good half hour and then gave him small amounts, spaced 15-20 minutes apart, of a different flavor. No problems. Guess he just didn't want me to start my day without some excitement!

Having a nice quiet Sunday. We watched the NASCAR race and DH is taking his third nap of the day. Too much sun, fresh air and wine yesterday! I haven't even scooped the boxes yet, so I need to get going. Racedays are always lazy days for us. Except next weekend, when NASCAR comes to us and we will be at the track all day for three days. I'm hoping Cinco will have settled safely into this dose by then so we don't have to do any monkeying with his dose.

Hope everyone is having a nice Sunday. Sending healing vines to all in need, especially J.D., and hugs to all their beans, especially Dyana. :YMHUG:

Cheers to Juno and Cristina on being OTJ!!!! :RAHCAT

Yay for "same old"! :-D :-D We can hang with that. Too bad on Harvey's scarf and barf, especially from elevation. Sounds like a wild weekend when NASCAR comes to town, hope Cinco cooperates.

Good luck on the dose increase for Cinco, I see he's in blue already. Sorry Harvey isn't feeling well, and also good luck to Sasha, I think I read that her appt is tomorrow or Tuesday? In any event, we want to wish all of the kitties the best of health!

I hope Cinco likes the new dose. He's looking good today. Sorry about the scarf and barf. I hate it when they do that from a high place.

Good luck with the dose increase! Come on, Cinco!!!

Poor Harvey. Glad he did better the rest of the day. I hope Sasha is doing well.

Love NASCAR. You lucky ducky!

Thanks for the visits, Liz, Ruth and Carla.

Harvey recovered completely from this morning's S&B. I gave him smaller portions of his dinner, spaced five minutes apart, so he couldn't scarf it. He was not appreciative. cat(2)_steam

Cinco ate well, as usual. No plate chasing tonight. He also decided that when his daddybean was on the phone with his daddybean, that was a good time to announce he had made a lb deposit. Loudly. Repeatedly. Luckily, my DFiL is hard of hearing and didn't notice the ruckus, nor did he hear me saying "shhhhh!" over and over to Cinco!

So far Cinco is following the same pattern as before the dosecrease. I'm guessing any NDW will take place tomorrow night while we're at bowling.

I take Sasha in for her pre-op exam tomorrow morning and have to leave her there. You are right, Ruth - surgery is Tuesday. I'm trying not to worry, but....... nailbite_smile nailbite_smile nailbite_smile

Prayers and vines are welcome! Have a great night, LL!

Hi Marje. We were posting at the same time.

Sasha is doing well. No sneezing today. I am trying to decide if I should let her have a small breakfast tomorrow morning. It would be about 2 hours before we have to leave, so I'm leaning toward not feeding her. She won't like that, but I do need to give her the pred tomorrow and I don't want her to throw it up as soon as she gets in the car. I will give her the ondansetron, too, and hope that and no food will keep her from doing more than drooling.

Marje, you should join us at the Phoenix race in November. It is a blast. We go all four days, but you could come up just for Sunday. Nothing beats NASCAR in person. We really like having a race so close - Sonoma is about 40 miles away). Even though traffic on race day is AWFUL, we love being able to come home and shower and sleep in our own beds (and be with our kitties) after a long day at the track. I'm just hoping it's not too hot, as there is no shade near our seats.

Good luck with the dosecrease....glad to hear the patience pants have been tuned up and are in working order!! No news is good news....although, LOL on him announcing the LB news. You tell 'em, Cinco!

Sending tons and tons of prayers and vines for Sasha's visit and surgery. We'll be thinking of you and watching for updates!
