Yesterday's condo
Well, it's been another busy day! I'm thinking China probably went lower after I had to leave at +5.5 so we may be bouncing a bit tonight since 157 is a little high for her...guess time will tell!
The urgent care clinic called me this morning and said to take DM to the hospital because her liver enzymes were really high. This scared me to death since none of her bloodwork had any indication of liver problems up until now. Ends up that she mis-spoke when she said "liver"....Mom's kidney values were the ones that were bad but I didn't know this until long after we'd gotten to the ER and they'd drawn more blood
Her creatinine today is 3.4...Normal is under 1, and when she was admitted on Monday night, it was 1.9. (Thursday night's trip to the ER it was "normal"..for her anyway at 1.3) and she still hasn't eaten anything since last Saturday and hasn't been drinking enough either due to the nausea. She's at a different hospital this time and they've already done a CT scan of her abdomen (negative) and are going to do some other tests tomorrow to see if there's any physical reason for the bloating. I also asked the doctor to order a psych consult and he agreed that this all may be psycho-somatic. At least they're doing something this time!
