Looking better than ever!! It must be nice to have your life back and be able to go about your daily business!! Having a slight case of envy here. I hope the class was useful.
We are rooting for all the kitties!!! :RAHCAT When Peyton was diabetic before he was on insulin for almost 2 years before he went Into remission. With him in kidney failure I'm on constant watch and he will never let me get a full nights sleep. Since his kidney diagnosis he will wake me a up a few times a night to eat. As long as he feels good enough to eat I'll get up @-) We will be celebrating his 18th birthday in August.
Look how smartly those PSs are coming down!!! I wondered if they would once the insulin was out of the picture. That is absolutely amazing that he's almost 18!! He has a super momma!!
He's my heart kitty <3 My Mother started telling me the other day that I need to prepare myself that he will not live forever. WHAT??!!! I know that but definitely won't be preparing myself because I would cry every day. For now I will cherish every moment and make his life as enjoyable as possible. She ended with "but you are doing a great job with him." Ugh! I know she means well but I still don't like to hear it.
Thank you everyone! My step son has not been here in a couple of weeks and just saw Peyton for the first time. He said, "Wow! Peyton looks good! He looks like he's put some weight back on." Yay!!! I was hoping he would notice and it wasn't my imagination. When I weighed him last week he had gained 4oz I haven't weighed him this week but he looks fuller. With the diabetes he went from a semi frail 10.3 down to a very frail 8.5. In his younger days at his heaviest he was 16 pounds. Makes me so happy to see him looking healthier
