Well, what can I say? Can't say I'm surprised at the dive! That's China's "M.O"
Of course it just sets her up to bounce again (like yesterday morning's dive did) but we'll just have to see what happens...she doesn't always bounce (which makes it all the more frustrating when she does since there really isn't any rhyme or reason to when she bounces and when she doesn't)
Mamabean's not feeling too whoopy today, but hope to get outside for a little leash training time later. It's such a pretty day and I'd sure like to enjoy it while I can! This wonderful weather isn't going to last forever!
The best news is that China's eating great now! (almost too great)....when we'd originally transitioned to the raw, she still had to have some of her Fancy Feast (and then she started not eating hardly any raw) but lately, she's been willing to eat just the raw (as long as it's freshly thawed). I haven't had to open a can of cat food for her for 2 days now
Of course her new found appetite has it's drawbacks too...going to need to get some more "Da Bird" action in to work off some of that extra "fluffiness"
The county fair is in town this weekend, so all kinds of tourists have invaded. Going to be a lot of disappointed children though...there's no carnival this year! The owner of the carnival they had scheduled died, so the carnival isn't coming. They got another carnival to agree to fill in, but then the owner of that one got sick and pulled out too!
The tractor pull, demolition derby and figure 8 racing is still on though!
The little small town fairs are so quaint!
Hope you're all having a nice Friday and your kitties are feeling great!
Sending healing vines to those who need them!
Saw this Cat in the bag posted on Facebook for cats that don't like carriers. It looks like it might be a really cool option, as well as a neat way to deal with those problem cats that don't like being pilled, having their nails trimmed and other such indignities.
